Meherangiz Munsiff’s many achievements were grounded in her unwavering and profound love for Shoghi Effendi, the Guardian of the Baha’i Faith. The few days of her pilgrimage in 1953 defined the course of her life and initially led to her arising alone to pioneer to Madagascar and the French Cameroons, leaving her family behind in London and rewarding her with the station of Knight of Baha’u’llah. She later traveled to 147 countries, sharing the Faith and, in particular, her workshop on the power of prayer and meditation. The first part of this book shares the inspiring biography of her life, and the second part is comprised of her manuscript on prayer and meditation.

Excellent source of learning

Havine read, re-read and shared parts of the story of Mrs. Munsiff and also shared parts of her programme on prayer and service with friends in our cluster I can happily recommend this book as a wonderful source of inspiration. It also helped me to understand some of connections between asking and receiving, praying and taking action and so forth. I'm sure if you asked her she will happily respond.
